There are some at the Woodland Park shopping center on Sunrise Valley, and there is one at Worldgate also. No bike racks by Potbelly Sandwich, unless I missed them.

If the irises do not turn out to be irises and have orange or red flowers at the end of the stem they are crocosmia I think. The red flower bush just going over is some kind of rhododendron

I think the large bush with the upright white flowers is some kind of Hebe, I also do not think the thyme is a thyme, it has round leaves, would need to smell it !
