I seem to be missing a roll of film. I remember changing film in Williamsburg and the last batch of photos I just got back doesn’t have those photos in it. I should go hunt it down. Maybe it is in HY’s car

Geek Stuff
I think I might be flogging a dead horse with this one. I installed Solaris 8 as an excuse to gain some more experience with the OS. I have now made it play nicely with my other 3 OSes installed on the machine but now that I have it up and running I find that my cheapo netgear pci card is not supported so no networking for this baby. It sounds like the only supported cards are intel and 3com which sucks since they come in at about $50 each which I don’t really need to spend right now. Mmmm I guess I am back to linux and windows for a little while

I have been doing really boring thigns all day, but I have now balanced 3 months worth of credit card bills and stuff and just when I think I am finished i go check my bank account online to see how much I have spent this month and I see 3 transactions for 74.90 all going to giant all on the same day. I think I smell a mistake 🙂 some time later I have a credit on my bank account for 2 of the transactions.

I am finally online, I brought my laptop but the modem part of my combo card is dead, I can’t make it dial out. So I bought an external modem and finally got online. I tried using windows 2000 but for some reason it is refusing to log in. I finally switch to linux and that logged me in first time. So I now I have modem number 3, i thought i would never have to buy one of these beasts again. I might return it when I get home.
By the way I am in Las Vegas for a friend who is getting married to another friend. I would load up some photos but i think that would just be torture of this connection. I need to go check the job sites 🙂
