I am 70 pages away from finding out who the skeleton found in the soon to be Scottish Parament was, who killed the prospective MSP (minister of Scottish Parliament), and why a tramp with almost half a million pounds jumped off waverly bridge.

Geek Stuff:
I just tested a little app on a windows 2K machine. The app is supposed to lock the mouse into one part of the screen so you can have the screen visible but users can’t use the computer until a password has been entered. In under 2 minutes I had defeated the little beast. I couldn’t move the mouse but I was able to get access to cmd prompt or for that matter any other window. Ooops I guess it is not very secure after all.

Geek stuff:
I have been using a little app called cookie pal for a long time now. It makes me feel a little better if I know that people can’t track me through cookies. I have been using yahoo email more often in the last month or so, but I don’t like all the cookies that yahoo sets. If I block cookies from Yahoo I can’t get into my email. However I can ban yahoo cookies except the for the ones that expire in the current browser session, but i have to hit the sign in button twice….. Hmmmmmmm strange.

Its my time to be in NOC hell!!!

I just got a present from my mum, a book called McCarthy’s Bar by Pete McCarthy. Which is described as “The funniest book I’ve read this year”, Independent.

I have been watching 42up, which has been following some people who grew up in England. They started at age 7 then visited them 14, 21, 28, 35 and now they are at 42 years old. I think more than anything else it is just depressing.

Should I feel productive? I just closed out 2 enhancement requests.
